Montgomery, Alabama is honored to have a women's organization called Women of Hope. A dear lady and breast cancer survivor, Maria Ashmore, is the founder and president of this wonderful educational and supportive organization mentoring to women and their families who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Please use this link to view their website. Upcoming events include a annual Signature luncheon and fashion show October 2, 2oo8 at Aldersgate Methodist Church. Lunch is provided by Carrabba's Italian Grill and the fashion show by Coldwater Creek. There will also be a speaker sharing her experience with breast cancer.
