Here are three different ways I packaged some of my pumpkin cookies to give as gifts. What a great little gift! I used the pizza box, a gusseted bag and one of the acetate boxes I cut in half. The simplest is the bag with a cookie and gift tag. I punched the top end with the scalloped tag topper punch (133324) and banner cut the opposite end. The Trick or Treat tag was made using the Everyday labels punch (144668). I used DSP from the Spooky Night pack (144610) and the Painted Autumn pack (144613). Both of these packs are included in the DSP special Stampin' Up is having all month. Buy three packs of DSP and Get 1 pack free. Here is a close up of the acetate box. I simple cut it in half and added DSP. Mine was just a tad short of 3". My DSP is about 4 3/4" x 4 1/4". I did score the DSP at 3" and 3 3/4". There is a belly band running vertically. Cute!
The last project is the pizza box (144645). I covered it with DSP on top and all four sides. The belly band here is running horizontally and holds 1/2 of a gold foil snowflake (144642) topped with a 2" circle of DSP and pumpkins and leaves from the Patterned Pumpkin thinlets (144670). The pizza box is actually big enough to hold 2 cookies! They are glossy on the inside and food save, but I did place the cookie in a bag to keep it fresh until I deliver this little prize! Thanks for stopping by. I hope you liked these projects and they will inspire you to create some cute packages for the holidays.
